24 Hour Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. In order to provide the best service to all of my clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.

If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps me cover the costs associated with the reserved time and potential lost business opportunities.

I value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Your timely communication not only helps me maintain a high level of service but also shows consideration for other clients in need of my services.

No Show Policy

I strive to provide exceptional services to all of my clients, and this requires careful scheduling and preparation. A no-show not only disrupts my schedule but also prevents another client from utilizing the appointment slot.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, I reserve the right to charge a no-show fee equivalent to 100% service cost. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to your appointment.

I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment. By doing so, you not only avoid a no-show fee but also enable me to assist other clients in need of my services.
